Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

New to the United Kingdom, EFT was developed by Gary Craig in the United States from Dr Roger Callahan’s “Thought Field Therapy” and it has its roots in Applied Kinesiology and Acupuncture. EFT works by impacting directly upon the body’s energy flow by tapping gently on many of the same meridian points used in acupuncture.
EFT often works where nothing else will
EFT is Kind and Gentle
EFT works quickly and is often long lasting
No drugs or equipment are involved
Easily learned by anyone
Can be self applied

Many people have experienced relief from a range of ailments and emotional issues. Almost anyone can use EFT and can learn EFT quickly and easily.
